A horse health declaration is a necessary record keeping requirement under the Biosecurity Act 2014. Entries received through Nominate are satisfy the declaration. Visiting horses and those not entered in competition, must be accompanied by a horse health declaration.

This form can be downloaded and completed for ópen events where membership to LEG or EA is not required ie, annual hack show.

Visiting Horse Form

Horses visiting LEG events and not formally entered in competition must provide a visiting horse form to satisfy LEG accountability of events.
